Returns
- You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care items cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To request an exchange, please contact our support team before returning the item.
